Welcome to The Melt Pool where you will find luxury handmade candles and reed diffusers, all naturally scented with essential oils and don't cost the earth. Our unique scent blends are the perfect way to enhance your wellbeing through the aromatherapy benefits of the essential oils.

Julie, our founder, first had the idea for The Melt Pool when pregnant with her first child. She created essential oil blends to help her sleep, aid relaxation and also to revive during the more tiring moments of pregnancy. A few years later (in 2012), The Melt Pool was born. Today The Melt Pool is run by Julie's husband Gerry with Julie still involved in scent creation and creative direction.

Our candles are made with natural plant based soy wax and scented with natural essential oils. You can rest assured that the scents you’re breathing in are of the highest possible quality.

At The Melt Pool, we are passionate about aromatherapy and adore working with essential oils so that we can bring you the best scent combinations that will enhance your wellbeing.
